“Supervisor of Elections and Registrar of Political Parties and Permanent Secretary responsible for Elections: This morning once we perused the publication we found out that one of the back pages from the National Federation Party is appearing in the Fiji First declarations and that may lead to some confusion and therefore we are now working on having the declarations to be published again in tomorrow’s papers properly.It may cause a lot of confusion and we’d just like to make sure that everybody gets the most accurate understanding of the audited accounts of the political parties.We are in the process of making radio announcements to make sure that the wider public gets the message about this error and to ensure that the public is well informed correctly.”
