“NFP President: Where we were at the time? The Leader of the Party visiting constituents but I believe he’s got also a bereavement in Vanua Levu. Mr Prem Singh has also got constituency business and I am in a workshop where we are discussing the budget for next year and who’s going to pay for future parties and functions of this kind.I think the Head of State would be happy to know that some parliamentarians were busy working out the details of next year’s budget rather than swanning around at a fancy party.”
